Cancellation policy

The customer has the right to return products within two weeks after they receive their order. Customers may not return damaged products if they caused the damage themselves by improper treatment or handling. If the products were not manufactured properly, though, the customer may return them for full credit. Special, custom work for the customer, such as special framing and lamination, cannot be returned for credit unless there were manufacturing defects.

Right of rescission

No refund will be issued for cancellation of the agreement during 14 days without stating a reason in written form (for example mail, fax or e-mail) or - if the goods are dedicated to the customer before expiration of this term - by returning of the goods. 

Time begins to run after receipt of this indoctrination in written form, but not before the customer's receipt of the goods (on recurrent delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before discharge of our duty of information according to article 246 §2 in association with §1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duties according to article 246 §3 Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in association with article 246 §3 EGBGB either. For keeping of the cancellation term, on time dispatch of the cancellation or the goods suffices.

Consequences of cancellation

In case of an effective cancellation the received services on both sides are to be refunded and, where applicable, received advantages (for example earned interest) to be issued. If the customer cannot return the received services at all, can only return the received services partially or only in debased condition, he has to, if applicable, compensate the residual value. On assignment of goods this does not apply, if the debasement is exclusively due to its inspection - as it was possible in the retail shop. In addition, you can avoid duty to the value replacement for deterioration resulting from the intended creation of matter by take the matter as your property in use and do everything which affects its value.

Goods that are in condition for parcel shipment are being sent back at our risk. The customer has to pay the return cost, if the delivered goods conform with the ordered goods and the price of the returned goods does not exceed € 40 or if the consumer has at that time not yet reciprocated or has not yet made a partial payment as provided in the contract. Please contact our customer support at shop@interkart.de, so that we decide whether we can arrange a return service. Otherwise the return is free of charge for the customer. Goods that are not in condition for parcel shipment are been fetched. Commitments for payment have to be complied during 30 days. For this term time begins to run for the customer with his dispatch of the declaration of revocation, for us with its receipt.
